He stated that he was unable to urinate and was experiencing extreme anxiety and stress. Moreover, he was also in pain. Haluk stated that 1 week prior, on the advice of a friend, he used a street-vended cream to delay ejaculation during sexual intercourse, but the next day he started experiencing mild ache and swelling in his penis. He mentioned that he had waited expecting his condition to ease, but upon the pain and swelling in his penis progressively increasing, he consulted Prof. Dr. Halim Hattat. In our examinations, we observed a severe allergic reaction in the penis. To relieve his allergy, we initiated both local and systemic treatment in the clinic. Haluk responded positively to this treatment, and the severe reaction in his penis subsided. However, the recovery process in his penis continued for 3 months. Even now, the subcutaneous swellings in his penis persist.
