Following sexual intercourse 3 days prior, he had noticed pain and swelling in his penis, but hesitated to consult a doctor. As the problem progressively worsened, he was forced to consult a specialist. Upon examinations, we observed severe bruising, edema, and swelling in U\u011fur&#8217;s penis and testicles. U\u011fur&#8217;s condition was a case of penile fracture. We immediately initiated treatment for U\u011fur, after which we needed to treat him surgically.
