When 24-year-old Eren came to Prof. Dr. Halim Hattat, he stated that he had been experiencing a premature ejaculation problem all his life. For this reason, he had never had a successful relationship. He would flirt with many partners, but when it came to sexuality, he would find an excuse and distance himself from his partner. Starting from his very first sexual experience, Eren had noticed that he ejaculated even before sexual intercourse took place. After a few attempts at sexual intercourse, he began to hesitate out of fear of failing and became afraid of starting new relationships. He had previously consulted some doctors, but had never completed any treatment process. However, recently he met a young lady whom he really liked and considered marrying, and therefore decided to solve his premature ejaculation problem. We created a treatment protocol for Eren combining both medical therapy and sex therapy. Following our recommendations very carefully, Eren achieved an increase in his ejaculation time within 3 months, regained his self-confidence, and began getting closer to his partner. Eren still continues his periodic follow-up appointments.
