35-year-old Uğur was in pain when he came to Prof. Dr. Halim Hattat. Following sexual intercourse 3 days prior, he had noticed pain and swelling in his penis, but hesitated to consult a doctor. As the problem progressively worsened, he was forced to consult a specialist. Upon examinations, we observed severe bruising, edema, and swelling in Uğur’s penis and testicles. Uğur’s condition was a case of penile fracture. We immediately initiated treatment for Uğur, after which we needed to treat him surgically. The results were highly successful; Uğur was a fortunate patient.
